Nick's career began in the U.S. Navy, where he served as an Electrician aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71). During his eight years of active duty and reserve time, he honed his technical skills and developed a strong work ethic.

After his honorable discharge, Nick pursued higher education, earning an Associate degree in Marketing from Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout (UW-Stout).

Nick's professional journey in the employee benefits industry has been marked by a convergence of innovative solutions and comprehensive strategies. He has specialized expertise in benefit administration, self-funded insurance planning, and consulting.
