Nick Bauer is the owner of Area Benefits, bringing over 16 years of expertise in employee benefits. Nick's career began in the U.S. Navy, where he served as an Electrician aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71). During his eight years of active duty and reserve time, he honed his technical skills and developed a strong work ethic.

After his honorable discharge, Nick pursued higher education, earning an Associate degree in Marketing from Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout (UW-Stout).
